Welcome to the YouDuPay payment gateway and acquiring services. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the merchant, business or developer registering to use YouDuPay services) and YouDuPay. By registering a merchant account, integrating our API, or using our WooCommerce plugin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
You must provide YouDuPay with true, accurate and complete business and legal-entity information. You warrant that your business complies with local and international laws and regulations, and does not involve fraud, money laundering or prohibited high-risk goods. We reserve the absolute right to review merchant qualifications and to suspend or terminate violating accounts.
YouDuPay provides global credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and multi-currency online acquiring services. Our standard base rate starts from 2.8%; the specific fee structure, settlement cycle and fixed per-transaction fee are governed by your Merchant Services Agreement. Any rate adjustments will be announced in advance via dashboard notices or email.
Merchant funds will be transferred to your designated corporate settlement account after risk review and the settlement cycle are completed. Where losses arise from chargebacks, refunds or suspected fraudulent transactions initiated by end buyers, YouDuPay is entitled to deduct the corresponding amounts from your pending settlement funds or reserve, or to require you to cover the difference.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate the YouDuPay gateway into your independent store in accordance with our official technical documentation (RESTful API, WooCommerce plugin, etc.). You are responsible for safeguarding your API secret keys and bear full responsibility for all actions taken through your keys.
All software, code, trademarks and technical documentation relating to the YouDuPay platform are our intellectual property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our payment infrastructure is provided "as is", and we are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party network disruptions or force majeure.
